ATEM–iDICs ’23 – The Advanced Technology in Experimental Mechanics and International DIC Society Joint Conference 2023 will be held in Awara, Fukui, Japan, October 9-12, 2023.
ATEM is the international conference of the Materials & Mechanics Division of the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers, and ATEM ’23 is the 11th conference of the series which started in 1993, in Kanazawa, Japan. It will be held as a joint conference with the iDICs annual meeting in 2023. This conference is also held as the 21st Asian Conference on Experimental Mechanics 2023 (ACEM 2023) organized by the Asian Society of Experimental Mechanics (ASEM).
Experimental Mechanics covers all the aspects of experimental studies on mechanics and the ATEM conference welcomes various experimental studies from solid mechanics to fluid or bio mechanics, and from basic sciences to industrial applications.
