Todd & Anne Rumbaugh of Hadland Imaging are competing in the 36th Annual Santa Cruz Clam Chowder Cook-Off 2017 on February 25th & 26th on the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Todd is the mad chef for the Manhattan Madhatters with his Manhattan Style Clam Chowder in Booth 7 and Anne is cooking up a storm for the Santa Cruz Kids Clam Chowder with her Boston Clam Chowder in Booth 6.
